RAT HEART MITOCHONDRIA UNDER OXIDATIVE STRESS CONDITIONS SOME ISOQUINOLINE FOR HIGH CONDUCTIVITY EFFECT OF ALKALOIDS
Keywords:
Protein, mitochondria, inner membrane, biologically active compounds, alkaloidsAbstract
The level of free radicals in the cell is controlled by complex antioxidant
defense systems. As a result of LPO of the mitochondrial membrane under conditions of
oxidative stress, its permeability can also change. In this case, the process of mitochondria
collapse is observed, which causes a sharp increase in the permeability of the megachannel
(mPTP). In this case, the realization of mitochondrial suppression was also confirmed in
experiments. OS-related mitochondrial dysfunction can be inhibited by various bioactive
agents. There are data on plant substances inhibiting mitochondrial dysfunction in various
pathological conditions. However, due to the lack of data on the effect of isoquinoline alkaloids
on heart mitochondria, the following experiments were conducted
