OKSIDATIV STRESS SHAROITIDA KALAMUSH YURAK MITOXONDRIYASI YUQORI O‘TKAZUVCHAN PORASIGA AYRIM IZOXINOLIN ALKALOIDLARINING TA’SIRI

Hujayradagi erkin radikallar darajasi murakkab antioksidant mudofaa
tizimlari tomonidan nazorat qilinadi. Oksidativ stress sharoitida mitoxondriya
membranasining LPO natijasida uning o‘tkazuvchanlik xususiyati ham o‘zgarishi mumkin.
Bunda, mitoxondriyaning bo‘kish jarayoni kuzatiladi va bu megakanal (mPTP)
o‘tkazuvchanligining keskin ortishiga sabab bo‘ladi. Ushbu holatda mitoxondriya bo‘kishini
amalga oshishi tajribalarda ham o‘z tasdig‘ini topdi. OS bilan bog‘liq mitoxondriya bo‘kishini
turli biofaol moddalar bilan ingibirlash mumkin. Turli patologik sharoitlarda mitoxondriya
bo‘kishini ingibirlovchi o‘simlik moddalari bo‘yicha ma’lumotlar uchraydi. Ammo, izoxinolin
alkaloidlarini yurak mitoxondriyasi bo‘kishiga ta’siri bo‘yicha ma’lumotlar uchramaganligi
sababli quyidagi tajriblar olib borildi.
