Abstract

This article analyzes the concept of healthy thinking, its psychological essence and significance for future teachers in the educational process. Healthy thinking is a form of thinking aimed at maintaining and strengthening the health of the individual, which plays an important role in increasing teachers' stress resistance, strengthening psychological stability and increasing the effectiveness of professional activities. This article discusses the theoretical foundations of healthy thinking, methods for its development among future teachers, and issues of its implementation in practice
