Mazkur maqolada yasmiq tarkibidagi vitaminlarning sog‘lom oziqlanishdagi ahamiyati va inson salomatligiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, B guruhi vitaminlari, antioksidant xususiyatga ega C va E vitaminlari hamda foliy kislotasining organizm uchun ahamiyati yoritib berilgan. Yasmiq donlari tarkibidagi suvda eriydigan vitaminlar miqdori YuSSX metodi yordamida aniqlangan. Bunda o`rganilgan o`simlik materialida eng ko`p miqdorda folat kislotasi, ya`ni vitamin B9 mavjudligi qayd etilgan.
