Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada pedagogikada o'z-o'zini boshqarish va motivatsiya
masalalari ko'rib chiqilgan. O'z-o'zini boshqarish qobiliyatini rivojlantirish ta'lim jarayonida
o'quvchilarning shaxsiy va akademik muvaffaqiyatlariga qanday ta'sir ko'rsatishi, motivatsiyaning
o'qish faoliyatidagi o'rni va uning samarali metodlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda o'z-o'zini
boshqarish va motivatsiya o'rtasidagi o'zaro bog'liqlik, shuningdek, o'qituvchilar va o'quvchilar
o'rtasidagi aloqalarni yaxshilashga yordam beruvchi pedagogik metodlar haqida keng fikr va
mulohazalar yuritiladi va bayon etiladi.
