Ushbu maqolada sun’iy intellekt asosida tashkil etilgan ta’lim usullarining o‘rta maktab o‘quvchilarida inson huquqlari to‘g‘risidagi ongni shakllantirishdagi o‘rni va ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda zamonaviy raqamli muhitda o‘quvchilarning huquqiy ongini rivojlantirishda sun’iy intellekt vositalarining imkoniyatlari va xavf-xatarlarini baholash maqsad qilingan. Ishda sifatli yondashuv, xususan, so‘rovnoma va kuzatuv metodlari qo‘llanildi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, o‘quvchilarning ko‘pchiligi sun’iy intellektni axborot manbai sifatida qabul qilishi bilan birga, unga axloqiy va huquqiy javobgarlik yuklamaydi. Biroq pedagogik yondashuv mavjud bo‘lsa, sun’iy intellekt yordamida raqamli huquqlar, xususan, shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni himoya qilish, shaffoflik va muomala erkinligi kabi tushunchalarni o‘zlashtirish mumkinligi aniqlandi.
