Ushbu tadqiqotda proteaz biosintezi uchun turli manbalardan (tuproq, oqava suv, sut kislotasi mahsulotlari) ajratilgan mikroskopik zamburug'larni shirdon o'rnini bosuvchi sifatida ajratish va skrining amalga oshirildi. Natijada mikroskopik zamburug‘larning 47 ta izolati va xamirturush kulturasining 2 ta izolati ajratildi, birlamchi skriningdan so‘ng 10 ta proteaz ishlab chiqaruvchi izolat tanlab olindi.
