Abstrak

Ushbu tadqiqotda UzRSMMT-413 Bacillus amyloliquefaciens shtammi tomonidan turli xil uglerod va azot manbalarining proteaz biosinteziga ta'siri o'rganildi. Tadqiqotlar natijalari shuni ko'rsatdiki, maksimal proteaz faolligi uglerod manbai sifatida 0,4% galaktoza va azot manbai sifatida 2 g / l karbamiddan foydalangan holda muhitda kuzatilgan; bu shtamm uchun proteaz faolligi 24 U/ml edi. Shtammlar pH = 6,0 optimal bilan 4,0 dan 8,0 gacha bo'lgan keng pH diapazonida proteazni sintez qilish qobiliyatini namoyish etganligi ko'rsatildi; ferment 40-60 ° S harorat oralig'ida barqaror edi; harorat 70 ° C ga ko'tarilganda, faollik optimaldan 50% dan yuqori bo'lib qoldi va faqat 80 ° C da u 30% gacha pasaydi.
