OZIQ-OVQAT MAHSULOTLARINI SAQLASHDA EKOLOGIK XAVFSIZLIKNI TA'MINLASH VA XAVF-XATARLARNI MINIMALLASHTIRISH YO'LLARI

Oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini saqlash jarayonida ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlash global miqyosda oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi va atrof-muhit muhofazasini ta’minlashning muhim yo‘nalishlaridan biridir. Ushbu tadqiqot oziq-ovqat saqlashda yuzaga keladigan ekologik muammolar, xususan, plastik qadoqlardan kelib chiqadigan mikroplastik ifloslanish, energiya sarfi, kimyoviy moddalar va oziq-ovqat isrofgarchiligining ekotizimga ta’sirini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda saqlash sharoitlarining noto‘g‘ri boshqaruvi global oziq-ovqat yo‘qotishlarining 30-40% ga yetishi va bu jarayonda karbon izining ortishi kabi dolzarb muammolar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Yechim sifatida biologik parchalanadigan qadoqlash materiallaridan foydalanish, energiya tejamkor sovutish tizimlari asosidagi monitoring texnologiyalari va tabiiy konservantlardan foydalanish kabi innovatsion yondashuvlar taklif etiladi. Ushbu chora-tadbirlar oziq-ovqat saqlash jarayonida ekologik xavfsizlikni oshirish, inson salomatligiga tahdidlarni kamaytirish va atrof-muhitga salbiy ta’sirni minimallashtirishga xizmat qiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari oziq-ovqat sanoati, logistika va ekologiya sohasidagi mutaxassislar uchun amaliy ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, barqaror saqlash amaliyotlarini joriy etishga xizmat qiladi.
