Abstrak

Ushbu maqola alfa-amilaza ishlab chiqaruvchi bakteriyalarni sanoat ishlab chiqarishiga tayyorlash bo‘yicha amaliy va ilmiy jihatlarni ko‘rib chiqadi. Shtamm tanlash, izolyatsiya, inoculum tayyorlash, oziqa muhit optimallashtirish, submerged va solid-state fermentatsiya usullari hamda downstream tozalash bosqichlari batafsil yoritiladi. Shuningdek, genetik optimallashtirish, statistika asosidagi muhit parametrlarini sozlash va agro-sanoat chiqindilaridan foydalanish orqali hosildorlikni oshirish imkoniyatlari muhokama qilinadi. Maqola ilmiy-amaliy tadqiqotlar va sanoat loyihalari uchun tavsiyalar beradi.
