Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada pomidor (Solanum lycopersicum L.) ekstraktining antiradikal faolligi DPPH (2,2-difenil-1-pikrilgidrazil) usuli yordamida baholandi. Tadqiqot davomida o‘simlik mevasidan spirtli ekstrakti  olinib, uning erkin radikallarni zararsizlantirish qobiliyati spektrofotometrik usulda aniqlandi.
