Abstrak

Maqolada hujayraning apoptoz yoki nekroz yo‘li bilan nobud bo‘lishida
mitoxondriya membranasi permeabilizatsiyasi muhim hisoblanadi. Hujayra o‘limiga olib
keluvchi signallarni ko‘pchiligini mitoxondriyaga keladi, masalan, bu jarayonda Bid va Bad
kabi Bcl-2 oqsillari ishtirok etadi.
Hujayra ichki signallarining yangidan hosil bo‘lishining turli yo‘llari kaspazalar
tizimining faollashuviga, sitozolda Ca2+, azot (II) oksid, amfipatik peptidlar va seramidlar
konsentratsiyasining oshishiga, bevosita yoki bilvosita holatda, mitoxondriya ion
o‘tkazuvchanligini o‘zgarishiga olib keladi
