THE EFFECT OF SELF-CONTROL IN EACH TYPE OF SPORT
Abstract
During the training macrocycle, the athlete's weight changes depending on
the dynamics of training. In a word, it is desirable to have self-control in sports. It is worth
noting that there is no blessing more important to every person than health. It is permissible to
appreciate it in time and live a healthy lifestyle.
